Any day of the week, I will choose whisky over wine! And when I’m not drinking it on the rocks, I am incorporating it into a fizzy, sweet cocktail like this Blackberry Whisky Fizz cocktail recipe!
Surprisingly, my favorite whisky to mix with isn’t a straight whisky, but Fireball! Mmmm….. I could drink Fireball straight any day of the week, but I’ve heard that’s highly discouraged. 😉
This Blackberry Whisky Fizz cocktail is bubbly, sweet, and still packs a punch. The cinnamon and ginger come together in a perfectly spicy way. If you like the intensity of ginger and cinnamon, replace the ginger ale with ginger beer instead.

Blackberry Whisky Fizz Cocktail Recipe
Makes 2 drinks
Ingredients:
- ½ cup fresh Blackberries
- 3oz Cinnamon Whisky, like Fireball
- Ginger Ale Soda
Directions:
- Mash your blackberries with a tablespoon of water, and strain the juice.
- Pour 1.5oz of cinnamon whisky into two glasses.
- Split the blackberry juice between the glasses, and gently stir.
- Top with ginger ale, and garnish with blackberries and rosemary if desired.
