Looking for a fun and festive holiday cocktail? Look no farther than this Scrooge and Barley featuring McCarthy’s Oregon Single Malt Whiskey! I love the taste, and I love that I am drinking a whiskey from my own backyard even more!
Scrooge and Barley
2 oz. Whiskey¾ oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
½ oz. Apricot Liqueur
2 Dashes Angostura
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to dilute, chill, and incorporate. Strain with a julep strainer into your favorite coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
