My Success With “Always Eat After 7pm”

Over the last month, I have dived into the book, “Always Eat After 7pm,” and have learned so many things! We first dived into the book, took a closer look into the diet, set our goals, and now now I am taking what I read and adapting it to my lifestyle.
The last half of the book, “Always Eat After 7pm” is filled with so many different types of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. And all throughout the beginning of the book they have recipes for non-carb drinks to boost your metabolism (drinks are my vice, so this was great!).
I have loved getting to try out new recipes and find new “go-to” favorites when trying new diets, so I looked through the recipes in the book and found a delicious stuffed bell pepper recipe that really caught my eye. It had a mouthwatering picture above it that I couldn’t resist. It was high in protein and veggies and had so many wonderful seasonings and flavors- so it was perfect for my last meal of the night.
The author’s friend, Diana, is the person who created all of the recipes and she tells us , “they are designed to change your metabolism, regulate key hormones and get your ideal weight.” What I really like about these recipes is that they use natural sweeteners as opposed to chemicals, give you the carbohydrate and calorie count so you don’t have to figure it out yourself, and there is so much variety in the ingredients of the recipes.
I skimmed through all of the recipes and saw so many that looked really great- especially the Chili Loaded Baked Potatoes above- and I can’t wait to serve new meals to my family. I highly recommend taking a look through the recipe section. You may just find your new favorite family meal whether you’re currently eating after 7pm or not!
I have followed this book and diet for the last month, and can actually tell that I have more energy, and don’t even feel hungry during the day. I was already a light eater until dinner, so I think it was a great transition. I’ve loved incorporating new meals into my regular routine, and they’re even husnabd and toddler approved! I definitely recommend learning more, and even reading the book and trying out this diet yourself!
