Pumpkin spice is officially dead to me. Bring on the eggnog, gingerbread, and peppermint served up in a festive, holiday cup. Orrrr…. I could slurp down a creamy gingerbread eggnog cocktail or two. With fresh eggnog, molasses, and spices galore- tied together perfectly with a splash of Kahlua, it will be my holiday drink of choice. Get the recipe below!
Gingerbread Eggnog Cocktail Recipe:
Makes 2 drinks
Ingredients:
- 4oz Eggnog
- 3oz Kahlua
- 1 Tbs. Molasses
- ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cloves/Cinnamon
Rim And Topping:
- Molasses
- Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
- Whipped Cream
Directions:
- Dip the rim of two glasses in molasses, and then set in a cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated. Set aside.
- Fill a large shaker with ice, and add in all drink ingredients.
- Shake well until thick and frothy, and pour into your glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
