Checking Out The New Book: ‘Always Eat After 7PM’

As a stay at home mom, I have found myself indulging in eating a lot of sugary snacks throughout my days and never really having a meal schedule. Just sitting at home makes it so easy to just grab a fruit snack, make a cup of coffee or have a bowl of chips…or two. I’ve tried making use of my time at home in eating healthier and working out more, but nothing really seemed to work for me because everything was so difficult.
I did a lot of research on dieting tips and I ended up reading the book, “Always Eat After 7 p.m.” because the title caught my eyes at first. A dieting book that was telling me that it was good to eat before bedtime? I had to see it for myself and know if it was true…and it was!
What stuck out to me was that the author went through what I go through with a horrible diet. He said, “Like many diets, especially back then, it wasn’t fun” and I feel that he understands that a traditional diet can suck and I trust he has found a better way. The book had a 3 step plan on how to lose rapid weight at first, and then a few pounds a week to just make a healthy lifestyle.
It really spoke to me because it is encouraged to not really change your diet or what you eat, but the times you eat throughout the day. As someone who has struggled with eating habits, I feel that this plan is one that will really work for me and I strongly recommend it if you have ever gone through a diet that was irritating or bland because with the 3 step plan in the book, “Always Eat After 7 p.m.” you don’t have to change what you eat to lose the weight/body fat percentage, it all counts on timing.
